How to ad Followers to your Blog

Many of my friends ask me this questing.
So here is the simplest explanation ever.
First, your Blogspot language (pay attention - not the blog's language but the dashboard's!) Should be English. If it is Hebrew some of the gadgets, including the "followers" will not be available.
Now, in the edit tab go to LAYOUT tab.
Here is my layout screen:
Choose an "add a gadget".
This window will pop up:
Choose the Followers gadget and add.
Now organize the list of your side bar as you wish.
Save (and view blog in new window).
Ta-Da!
