A glance look at my wild garden

My mother's garden had shared photos and thoughts about her beautiful garden.
Well' my garden is nothing like her huge tasteful garden.
It is tiny, wild and sunny.
Spring time is here, and just before we will cut all the wild bush off- I collected some herbs from it and some photos:

Blue Lupine Lupinus pilosus
Avena sativa

Oat / Groats :

"The herb Avena Sativa (Oats) has been traditionally used as a 'nerve tonic' for hundreds of years. The herb Avena Sativa is the seed which is used medicinally and also for food. Fresh oat seed contains high levels of vitamin B, minerals and other nutrients. These are recognised to be important and beneficial for the functioning of the nervous system. The balance of constituents present in oat seed probably accounts for the 'restorative' benefits in depression, states of debility and exhaustion."(http://www.all-ages-vitamins.co.uk/bioforce.asp)

also:

Nutritive- מזין את הגוף

Antidepressant -

(Antipruritic)

Hi~
I think you're garden is lovely! The Lupine is so pretty and brilliant blue... and the poppies make me smile. What a delight to find your post today, I was coming over to say thank you for the kind comment you left on my blog and to my surprise I see your post. Thank you! In my opinion, all gardens hold beauty and yours is gorgeous! Do you use the Avena sativa as a tonic? I like the bright lush look of it.

Happy day~
